I have two ferrets, Rocki & Silveretta, both of whom have adrenal tumors.
Due to the fact that I live in Puerto Rico, surgery was not an option as
there are no ferret-wise vets here. Also because of government regulations,
I could not travel to the states for this operation since I would not be
able to return with my babies.

The next best option was Lupron injection. On Jan. 14, 2000 each ferret
was given a 2000 mg 4 month depot injection of Lupron. It has now been 10
weeks and the results are absolutely amazing.

I have pre and post excellent photos available for e-mail. If anyone
desires these photos, please e-mail me privately and I will more than
gladly send them to you. This is a wonderful learning experience. If
there were some way to post directly to this list I would do so, but have
no idea how to do it.
