Condolences to those with lost, sick, or angeled Couch Blanket Bingo
players...

(Hey! Don't move the blanket! We're PLAYING under here! Go find your
*own* blanket!)

William Clark mumbled something about:
>Does anyone have any good recipes for home made ferret treats? These
>guys are Bandit Treat'ing my bank account to death.

Well, there *is* a trick to the Bandits Treat deal. What you do is
use a knife to gently and carefully slice the treats into rather small
servings. Then give the tiny servings to your ferrets. They don't seem
to have a clue as to what the term *size* means (my Alpha Male almost
tore his carrier apart at the vets the other day, trying to maul a
three-foot tall, 50 pound dobie!!!). Most of the time, they are just
trying to eat the snacks until they get tired of running back for more.
With some judicious slicing, you can get four or five more treats out of
each nugget, without having to spend any additional money.

Having the world's biggest Bandits Ferret Treats aficionados here in my
home, I've learned a trick or two. I know what you mean about the costs,
but with some planning and cheating, you can stretch those snacks out to
their utmost, while still providing a happy time for your little Carpet
Caper Creators!
