In October I posted about how very sad I was at hearing about the dieases
Stinky had been diagnosed with. Now I would like to post, to let everyone
know, that Stinky is gone. He was helped to cross over to the bridge
Friday afternoon.

Stinky and I have gone through alot of ups and downs since October. And
I tried everything that I knew to help him. I even asked other folks if
there was anything else, that they knew of. But he reached the point
where he was crying tears and I knew that the only reason he hung on as
because of me. In his own little way he knew that I was having a bad
time letting go and he did not want me to be sad.

I am very sad, but I am happy knowing that he will never feel pain again
and that he is running and playing(Stinky was eight years old, and because
of his heart did not run and play anymore)with brothers, sisters and
friends waiting at the bridge.

Stinky was our first ferret. And for some reason, held a special place in
our hearts. We dearly love all of our fuzzies, but Stinkty was our first
ferret and smart as a whip to boot. We rescued him from a bad situation.
We had to pay the people $150.00. But Stinky was worth every penny and
more.

Stinky was my best friend and companion for 7 1/2 years. Stinky was loved
by alot of folks and he was a great little PR ferret(he liked to meet the
public and helped teach basic ferret care classes.)

Stinky was a lucky little ferret. He was not sick(except a mild cold, one
time in his life)until he got older. Then the dieases that aflict little
fuzzies got him, all at once.

Stinky know this, you will always be loved.

Donna(and my seven fuzzie owners)
missing my little Stinky(and a piece of my heart)
