In reply: the mouse will be eaten by your ferret.  Dont do it though, as it
is pointless cruelty.  I hunt rabbits with my ferrets, but would never give
them anything live for their food.  A mouse doesnt have enough meat on it
to feed your jill, and its guts will give it stomach upsets .  Dont do it,
feed meat to it, Chicken lamb,anything like that.  Try reading some books
on ferret keeping.
