Rockies first shots were last week. The entire family went with all da
weasils. Sean insisted on holding Rocky through the entire car ride and
during the wait. The vet had some emergencies so we kind of had an
excrutiating wait. Sean still would not let go of Rocky. Then I saw the
cutest thing.

Sean was sitting there holding Rocky doing the "kiss rules" thing. He made
his own modifications though. Poor Rocky was sitting on his lap as Sean
carefully brushed his fur back from his face with his hand ...... 100
times!!!!!! Poooor widdle ting! He was about bald by the time the vet
came in. 100 pets and then a careful kiss on the head. Then he would
commence the entire procedure again, and agian. So heard this counting to
100 over and over and over.

The vet came in and told Sean and us that it would probably be best for
Sean not to be in the room when the ferret gets his shot in case he screams
out. He says some ferrets sound so terrible this might traumatize Sean.

Weeeeeeell I could not get my big boy to leave for anything. He kept
holding onto Rocky (whos eyes were beginning to bulge from such huge hugs),
and saying he wanted to stay.

Rocky and the other weazebutts got their shot with out so much as a twitch.
It was a nice experience. And Sean came out alright.

We got back for the other (we broke them up) in another week.
