missed out on rescue

Well I posted yesterday about the little 3yr old boy I was to rescue.  It
looks like I missed out.  When I called to go see him they told me someone
was already there to get him.  :( I don't know anything about his new
home, bit will be finding out soon.  Thanks for all the advice and
comments.
