I've heard favorable reports from my contacts in LaLaLand on AB2497. I is
possible to get a listing of this Bill?

Good to see Dr. Brown online here. Best damn ferret vet I know.

We're beginning to mobilize our forces to handle our difficulties with the Chgo.
Anti-Cruelty Society. Flyers, radio talk-show calls and hopefully TV talk shows
soon! Petitions are being designed to get others aware of this problem too.

The 6th "GREATEST FERRET SHOW ON EARTH" is scheduled for October 22nd, 1994 at
DuPage County Fairgrounds , in Wheaton, IL. Applications will be available by
mail or in the next issue of "Off The Paw", the GCFA newsletter.

GCFA shelter just admitted ferret #1551 . This one looked too young to leave
it's mother. From a private breeder apparently ans it was not neutered or
 descented
( no tatoos) It will be a resident of the shelter (or a foster home) unti it is
 old
enough to ne neutered (in about 5 months).

Ferret Forum is going through a massive re-vamp. The FML archives at the host
 site
are being re edited and re-sequenced. The remote sites are receiving promotion-
al literature to make their user bases aware of the echo on their system. Latest
site to join the family is "Waves of Fear" bbs in Hatfield, Pa. (215-393-7747)

GCFA shelter will be getting RFI scanner soon. This is the device that will
 read the
pet microchip. Now all ferrets comin in will be scanned for a chip. If they
don't have one, they'll get one. If they have one, it will assist us in finding
 out
where they belong.
Thats all for now...
Rog
