Hi All!!
 
It's been a while since I've been around, but unfortunately I've been really
busy with wedding plans and and surgery and all that sort of nonsense!  I
have been catching up on past e-mails and although I haven't helped anyone
out in a while I hope that you will all please forgive me and help me with
Moosie's friend!
 
I have always tried to raise my babies with good morales and with rounded
personalities!  But as I'm sure most of you know it's hard to not spoil such
precious babies!  When Mika decided that my Chinese therapy balls were great
toys I let her have them.  When Nikki fell in love with my SO's new jacket
she got the jacket and I bought my SO a new one.  When my new baby Millie
fell in love with the Cats condo scratcher I went out and bought her very
own ferret condo!  But now I don't think I should give in to my big boy
Moosie's new friend.  You see, Moosie has become absolutely enthralled with
a latex squeaky potato man.  Now I know that these toys are dangerous and I
had no intention of the ferrets coming in contact with this toy, but
unfortunately I had the toy in the house.  I got this squeaky toy for my
dear departed Maddie before I knew that they were bad and when Maddie past
away I put the toy in a very high place where no ferret paws could get it!
But to my chagrin my youngest cat saw it, liked it, and stole it!  And now
here I am!
 
Now so you understand what the turmoil is Moosie doesn't chew the toy.  I
know that it sounds far fetched but he carries the toy around, he sleeps
with and it and he lightly squeaks it to himself when all the other ferrets
are asleep.  Since he has found this toy he has been very energetic and just
in an all around great mood.  I'm sure that his light spirits are due to the
toy, but how do I tell him that he can't have it?  Does it make sense to let
him play with it when I'm around?  Or should I just take it away completely?
I've tried to substitute it with something safe, but it's a no go!  I want
him to be happy but I can't risk his health or any of the girls, so what do
you think should he have visitation rights?
