I hope this day finds you all well!

This is my first message to FML.

I am a newbie when it comes to being a shelter. Eventually I wish to
be 501(c)3. Before I get there I wish to legally cover the adorable
derriere's of the fuzzbutts in my care that are long term. Eventually
will come a time that a fuzzy (or more) will be adopted. What kind of
contract should I have written up? Can someone cut and paste a copy of
what they may have? Also, what kind of paperwork should I have for a
fuzzy that has been surrendered to me?

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated!
