Just wanted to let y'all know that CDFA's lawsuit against
California Fish & Game has been put off until March 29, and
executive director Bill Phillips thinks the trial won't get
under way until later than that.  The usual legal wrangling
and document gathering is proceeding.
 
Among CDFA's expert witnesses will be James Fox, the author
of "Biology and Diseases of the Ferret."  The cost of bringing
such hired guns to help you is not cheap, so CDFA needs as much
help from ferret lovers as possible. If you can send $$$, the
