Hello.
 
We bought a fairly large wire rabbit cage (on sale for $69.00 :-)) which had
a slide out tray underneath for easy cleaning.  At first we were concerned
that the door catch wouldn't be able to contain our mighty ferret, but it has
to date (Pooter is still working on it).  Anyway, we have not encountered any
problems with it yet and Pooter likes it (it is HIS room, no one, except the
maids, may enter).
 
On another note, we have a question for the list:  We have guests for the
weekend and upon their introduction to Pooter, Pooter started nipping at them
wherever he could reach.  They are not hard nips, but they are unprovoked.
Further, Pooter usually only nips when he is excited and playing and then
only on the foot.  Has anyone else ever encountered this behavior?  He is not
nipping at us, only our guests (who are very good natured about it).
Suggestions?
