As a previous writer stated, I also pressure cook the chicken, but find
45 minutes is plenty. I get a natural roaster from Trader Joe's here and
hack it up. BTW I found a great heavy cleaver at Harbor Freight for only
$15. Great for the leg bones. After it is cooked and cooled I use the
food processor first and THEN put it in the blender which really gets it
pretty smooth. Then dump it all in to a large bowl to add the other
ingredients. Freeze a few trays of small ice cubes and the rest in
containers. I also use the Zip-lock boxes and then cut up portions
right in the box with a table knife.

I have found really small ice cube trays in the RV supply department at
KMart. You should be able to find them anywhere. Each cube is 1/2 a
tablespoon.
