>Any questions? Bob C

I really appreciate you taking the time to write and post this
information. You and others convinced me a long time ago that kibble
diets were not the best.

My only remaining question is this: How would you advise the average
ferret owner to go about changing their ferrets' diet for the better?
Should chicken gravy be used to get kibble-acclimated ferrets accustom
to eating cooked meat and then raw or should pinky mice be introduced as
a 'treat' until the ferrets are eating whole mice? I can imagine you
saying that it doesn't matter, and anyway the owner is comfortable adding
meat is fine...but I would still appreciate suggestions. (For example,
if handed a ferret that, on first offer, refused everything except
kibble, how would _you_ design its diet?)

Thanks again,
Kara & 20 ferkids (and 2 foster ferts)
