Dear Ferret Folks:
I want to really encourage you to contribute to the shelters listed below.
I have cut and pasted and made the list a little easier to work with. The
Save Our Shelters list comes out about three times a year. That gives us
four months to send contributions to the shelters. I have started sending
my donations anonymously - because the shelter operators were sending me
thank-you notes. I appreciate their gratitude, but I know how hard these
shelter operators work (I volunteer at the Ferret Nook) and I also know
they are hard pressed coming up with money for postage.
I also would like to offer free address labels to folks to use to send in
their contributions. The labels make it a lot easier to keep track of
which shelters you have sent to, etc. Send me your name and address and
I will send the labels to you.
