I know all who hear this are going to think me a horrible ferret lover but
I need your opinions. I was in a rush this morning and when i went to the
bathroom to brush my teeth I brought my little girl Jinx's water bottle
with me to fill it up on the way. I accidentally filled it up and left
it on the counter while I put Jinx in the cage and left for the day. I
usually dont keep her in the cage that long but today I had a busy
schedule and left her in for an EXTREMELY unusual 12 hours, all without
water. I came home and I noticed the bottle on the counter and freaked.
I ran to see Jinx and she was there just sitting. I let her out and
obviously gave her the water. Instead of chugging it down she went on her
normal schedule of sniffing my shoes immediately as if to approve of where
I was and going potty. She right now seems normal and is eating and
drinking in normal moderation. My question is............Will she be ok?
I have never done something this negligent and feel horrible. But right
now she seems absolutely fine. Anyone had any experiences like this???
Any things I should be worried about??? Thank you all.
