British and Aussies aren't the only ones to use ferrets hunting, New
Zealanders do as well as Americans. Most of us love, care for ,and PROTECT
our pets from doing things that could damage, or lose them. Sending a
ferret you care about down a hole might be what they were bred for , but
I would hate to have My loved pets stitched up because a rabbit half guts
it, or rips an eye out, or breaks a jaw.

It is expensive to get an animal repaired at an emergency vet. There are
better ways of catching bunnies if you want your ferrets to eat bunny.
