My girlfriend wants to raise a ferret from a young age. I would much
rather deal directly with a breeder than buy from a pet store. We
already have two ferrets; one I raised from six weeks, one I adopted from
a family who didn't want it anymore at two years, both are almost 5 yrs
old now. Both are females.

So I have three questions I guess; does anybody know of any breeders near
Victoria, B.C., how long should I keep the kit seperated before Ness and
Skitz can play with it, and considering that I've raised two females
together for three years now, do you think they would be more likely to
accept the new ferret if it were male or female?

Thanks,
Tyler
