Call the news media, and tell them *why* there are so many unsolved murders
in Spokane.  It's because your police are morons, and don't understand that
these guys *start* with animals.  I'm sure the FBI's Behavioral Crimes unit
would confirm it.
 
Here in Mass. in 1991, a guy "murdered" his ex-girlfriend' pet duck, by
shooting it, then leaving it on the seat of her car when it was parked at
work.  The police charged him with everything they could.  Some people
thought it was overkill, but the police just told the media, "This is how
these guys start.  They move on to people next."
