Mike, I have had 2 of mine have the surgery and they both did very
well. One was also diagnosed with other things found during surgery
even and lived to be a tad over 7 and he was 5 when he had the surgery.
He did have other issues thru out the 2 years after his surgery that
had to be taken care of also. The other one has only had his surgery
this Thanksgiving and is doing well.
