This morning I got up to take a shower, and my husband had left the bathroom
door open, so I yawned and scratched and stumbled into the bathroom, when I
realized I was stepping on something unfamiliar. I looked down. The
*whole* floor was covered with swathes and swathes of toilet paper, and the
newly installed roll was completely bare. Of course, the little
conspirators, who had been dooking around my feet when I got up, all
dissappeared quite mysteriously. It must be a new FLO plan to teach their
hooman beans not to close off areas like the bathroom to them.

Also, I took Obelix back to the pet store where we got him to get a few new
toys and a harness/lead --- he's the quietest of the bunch so he's the one
who came along. One of the girls who worked there spent half an hour with
me trying several different kinds of harnesses on him, most of which he
slipped out the moment we let him down, but finally we settled on a blue
leather harness that fit exactly right.

I took him to the park afterwards, and he had a ball snorkeling through the
tall grass and playing fetch (well, sort of) with one of the tinkly toys we
had gotten. After a while though, he got tired of running around and
actually climbed into my purse and went to sleep! Wonders never cease.
