Hi Laura,
Our adoption fees are $65.00 for one ferret over the age of one year,
$85.00 for a kit under one year, $120.00 for a bonded pair, and if
"they" adopt more that a pair, we usually work out details and prices
that we feel, as well as the adopter, are fair.

As far a getting rich being a ferret shelter, I must defer to my
husband, because he had the best comeback I'd ever heard. One of his
co-workers, upon learning that I was one of the Directors of a large
Ferret Rescue Shelter, asked him if there was a lot of money to be made
in rescuing animals. My husband said, " yes! There's tons of money to
be made....... for PetsMart, Wal-Mart, Fabric Stores, Tractor Supply
and of course the Vets. Oh, and that doesn't include anything bought
over the Internet." Needless to say, his co-worker just stared....
guess she couldn't think of anything to say.
