Hi, Dave here again...
 
Woke up at 6:30 am, wanted to check my e-mail before classes...
 
Stumbled to the computer half-asleep...Maxie drinking fresh water from the
big cup from my shoulder as the server tried to dial in again and
again....no response...
 
Checked the phone...no dialtone...checked the wires...fine!...checked the
modem...no dialtone...
 
Checked the wires...fine!!!!
 
Half-asleep...cursing the ferrets in my mind again....what did they do
now..and just what WERE those loud crashes last night at 12 am????
 
10 minutes later...brain kicks in a little....BINGO!!!
 
Look around the living room for signs of life and/or damage...
 
Notice that the extra phone is missing from atop the TV stand...
 
Sneaky girls!!!
 
Pick the extra phone up and put it back on the hook...
 
Sign on to modem and write this post!
