Hello to all!  I've been peeking into all your personal lives now for
about two months and am feeling guilty for not publicly voicing my sympathy
and empathy for all of you.  Everyday my heart is touched by logging on
and reading this fabulous list.
 
I am the proud single mom of two wonderful ferrets.  Pazzi is 1 1/2 yrs,
topaz blaze, and he is deaf.  Elia is my newbie; she's just 7 months old,
a chocolate mitt, she hears everything!  I've had them both since the were
8 wks or so and I love them dearly.
 
I consider myself an informed person but everyone has at least one question
they'd like answered.  Mine is this: Is pine pelleted litter safe?  I know
that cedar shavings are not(used for bedding) I have trouble finding a
constant supply of my ferret essentials here in God's Country.  I have to
travel 45 min. just to get food and today's the day!  I have been using
corn cob litter, but would like to find something more odor controlling.
(I clean the box 2x daily)
 
My darlings are out to play mostly whenever I am home and awake, which is
at least five hours a day, usually.  These little critters bring me such
joy; it's amasing how they can make you laugh out loud, alone except for
their company.  Well, I'm starting to ramble and I don't want anyone to
scroll right thru me so.... I'd like to extent my blessings to Maggie and
her family.
 
Also congrats to Penny on her husband giving in.
