The AFA information you cite is pertinent only to the US.  In Mexico they
do not have the same vaccines we have north of the Rio Grande.  The testing
referred to by the AFA is also only testing as approved by the US FDA or
USDA.
 
I was unable to ascertain whether that apparently French vaccine (though
there seems to be a Texas address for the company) was a monovalent chick
embryo grown canine distemper vaccine which would be fine based on the
Fox book.  FROMM-D which is recognized by the AFA although no longer in
production was such a vaccine.
 
It is possible that "Canigen MHA2 Puppy from laboratories Virbac" is
suitable or it may not be.  Anyone have better luck in tracking down that
information than I was?
