hi everyone
 
i went back up to ferretwise this weekend and adopted another ferret.
he is a champagne mitt, a big happy baby boy.  he is unusually big for a
marshalls baby!!!  he looks so goofy with my 3 other ferrets because he
is twice the size of them and he is still a baby.  i had a really hard
time choosing between him and the little dumpster girl.  she is so tiny
and such a sweetie, she loves to be held.  she was out for playtime while
i was there and all the young ones pick on her, poor little girl.  she is
apporiximately 3 years of age, could someone out there please adopt her
and give her a good home with lots of love???  please!!!  i could only
get 1 ferret and i wish i could have gotten both!
 
alicia does a great job with the shelter but things are always tight
moneywise aswell, because of all the surgeries and lupron shots and vax.
so if you cant adopt a ferret from her please consider a donation!!!
also she is holding possible the last ferretstock on sept 6th.  please
attend if you can, mark your calenders!  it is always a really fun time!!
she is also the only shelter that has a best ferret tattoo on human
contest!!!  which i have won 3 years in a row now :.)
 
i am very sad that she is thinking of giving up the shelter and just
doing ferret education.  she really does a good job!  people have just
gotten to her thru the years cause they say they are going to adopt a
ferret and they never show up!  she gets everything ready, ferrets
adoption packets and vax records, and then people dont follow thru.
please if you have the means please give her a call and set up an
appointment to go see the ferrets, they really need loving homes,
especially the stray dumpster little girl!!!
