Philip asked about diluted ferretone and whether olive oil would prohibit
absorption of minerals. Philip as I understand it and according to Dr.
Susan Brown : it is preferred to dilute the ferretone / linatone with either
canola oil or olive oil.

It is MINERAL OIL that she has stated will prohibit absorption as it is
heavier and coats the intestinal walls thus disallowing absorption of needed
minerals etc.

If I have misunderstood the above I am sure someone will jump in and correct
me, but I am almost certain that aside of lessening the vitamin A
concentration of the ferretone ( and there is controversy on this point as
well) there should be no other ill effects in the dilution.
