We like the idea of 20 ferrets for each shelters. As usual for our
mommie, she won't let us in the sewing room to make sure that the hammy
and sleep sacks are ferret approved.=-O  She has been buying material
(washing the material) from the Thrift shop that is reasonable, even
if only makes 1 hammy. When a fabric store go out of business the left
over material usually ends up in the thrift shop. The thrift shop is
operated by volunteers, which is nice, they help buy new equipment for
the hospital, they even run the gift shop in the hospital.

Of course she makes us new hammy's each year. Last year she sent out
over 5 boxes to different shelters. Money is a little tight like
everywhere and heard mommie telling daddy that her elderly couple
might be selling and moving to the mainland Vancouver, BC in a year
so she will be finding out tomorrow on what is happening.
