To Michael Warner who has a ferret that can't stand up,

Maybe your ferret just doesn't want to stand up. Our, perhaps it hasn't
developed the cordnation to stand up yet; you did say it was young (I know
it sounds lame but I've seen it happen).

To whoever mentioned maggots in their cage

They may not even be maggots. They could be tape-worms. (unless they're in
the food) If they are maggots, you should keep that cage clean. Maggots are
fly larva, so keep the windows closed and don't let flies in your house.

Tip of the day: Don't smoke in bed.
