I personally don't think this is going to pass.... For those that do
live in Chicago (myself included), did anyone see the news report about
the guy with the Monkey on the North side??  (About 4400 north).  What's
up with that??  Someone who has the ordinance list, double check me on
this but aren't Monkeys listed??  All the guy got was a citation for his
monkey being loose in the city for 15hrs.... So, if people can have
monkeys who hiss and bite and break out of cages.... then why are't
Ferrets fine???  GRRR!!!
