Julie will be leaving for Ok, on Friday.  We have 7 ferrets leaving to 2
different homes.  Thank you Leanne and Sandy.  There are some others that
wanted to adopt, but I need you to confirm if Julie can meet up with you
along route or not.  I will be getting everyone ready to travel Thursday
night when I get home from work at 10pm.  Brenda will be meeting me at
the shelter to get all the carriers set up and ready to travel.
 
I will check my e mails one last time, If there is no conformation on
if Julie is getting a ferret or two to you, we will not be sending the
ferret with her.
 
This is very hard for me, I have never sent any ferrets out anywhere, but
we have so many needing homes, that we though we would give it a try to
adopt out or send to a shelter less full than we are.  I feel very
comfortable with the ones that are leaving but I'm still nervous about
them leaving.  I love each and every ferret that comes through the door
as my own.  so unless I know they are going to a great home, and the
transport is not set in stone they will not go.
 
If you have been e mailing me about a ferret, please contact Julie at

here at her destination in Ok.  Also there is only room for a few more
carriers to fit comfortably in the car.  We do not let our ferrets travel
in little carriers, they are set up properly for a trip.
 
So this is the last call for the POW leaving on Friday.
 
Also if you don't adopt a ferret this time, maybe Julie will be driving
out again later in the year!
