If you just have fleas, the best thing to use is one of the monthly
applications you can get from your vet.  Advantage, Frontline, or
Revolution will all kill any flea that gets on your pet.  Since the
fleas you now have in your carpet will be trying to get on and get a
bite, they will clean your house up in no time.
