Ihave so many issues with what you posted.

"The second instance of ferret normal behavior, as surprising as it was
to me, was the killing of a female ferret cage mate. She was caged with
a large intact male ferret. When discovered he had killed her and had
eaten part of her body. And over the following two days he entirely
consumed her body, bones included, leaving only a bit of fur."

Why did you put a WHOLE male with a fixed female?

WHY did he have 2-3 days to eat her comletely without you getting her
body out?

WHY was he so starved that he killed his cage mate to feed?

BTW - This is not a killing for fun, it is killing for FOOD. YOU LEFT
THAT FEMALE IN THERE AND LET THE MALE EAT HER WHOLE BODY OVER 3 DAYS!!!

Killing for fun is killing them and then leaving the body to never come
back to it again. Killing for food, is killing then eating the body.

Learn and get some knowledge before posting.
