Just got a phone call, the changes in the regulations are to clarify
that ferrets are allowed pets in Wichita as the Council Members are
aware that ferrets are domestic animal companions that can be
vaccinated and are sold in petstores.. :-)

No letters needed unless you'd like to thank the council members for
clarifying that ferrets are allowed pets in Wichita Kansas.
