If you live in Loudoun County, Virginia or have pet owning friends in that
county, please read.....

Loudoun County is trying to set up a vicious animal ordinance. They want to
label certain species or cross species as EXOTICS, charge a licensing fee to
own them, and require an annual in-home inspection.

They are wanting to put FERRETS under this ordinance.

PLEASE contact your county supervisors and tell them that ferrets are
DOMESTIC animals and should fall under the same regulations and rules imposed
on cats and dogs.

There is a new group formed, something like the Loudoun Citizens for Common
Sense Laws. If you want to contact someone about this, call diana Bendit,
703-442-8962. I have faxed her the information on ferrets being domestic
animals from USDA, Virginia, and Troy Lynn Eckart's domestic family tree.

Act today - it might be too late tomorrow.
