I cant describe the sorrow that i feel for Kodo, Kitty and Bob, Kodo and his
family were treated unjustly and like criminals, when they did nothing
wrong.

But Kodo did not die in vain, he has helped make the world aware of the fate
of ferrets in states like Michigan. It is just not right that ferrets are
so persecuted, people do not understand, look at your sweet fuzzies face,
something must be done to change the laws of ferret enemy states the world
over.

What i am proposing is that we start an international foundation/network (
The Kodo Foundation?) to fight the injustices that are being perpetrated
against our little friends by people who dont understand or dont want to
understand. To educate the ignorant about what ferrets really are, so many
people think that they are nothing more than rodents. Somthing that is
specifically for ferrets, ( i was disappointed by the lack of help from the
animal activist groups with Kodo, what makes one animals life worth less
than another).

Here in Australia, ferrets are starting to become a popular pet, and there
is only one state that i can think of where i have heard that ferrets are
illegal, (Queensland). But you still come up against peoples bias against
them, so if we start educating people, and helping those that are being
discriminated against by the various powers that be, it can only be of help
to future fuzzies.

Kodo did not die in vain, this is only the begining
