Eric,

I knew I had seen it as well in a book but cannot remember the title.
But I had a woman looking to adopt ask me this question and I could not
answer her. I thought about it for days and wondered just what could
happen if we did. In Europe and in other countries, multi vaccines are
being used on the ferrets and in some of these countries like France,
New Zeland, Australia, Brussells, Belguim, etc., there seems to be a
lower incident of ADV. I don't know if this is purely concidental and
certainly I don't want to argue ADV cases in other countries, my concern
is if this is a good idea to adopt for ferrets in my house.

I have also seen purely parvo vaccines that I was not sure if I should
include this vaccine in addition to my distemper vaccination. Also some
multi vaccines have vaccination against parainfluenza, coronavirus, adeno
virus, etc. Are their reactions to these? I have been told by my vet
not to give anything with Leutin in it. But my vets seems to think it
would be a good idea to use a multi-vaccine as ferrets can get dog
ailments such as kennel coff, canine distemper, etc.
