First, I would like to thank Bryan for his hard work and effort to help the
shelter, the ferret poem book is great.  four paws up, ok in my case 116
paws up!
 
Bryan thanks so much for your effort, and to all who contributed to the
book, i can't wait to show it off, and raise some shelter funds.  Yard sale
was great, can get 2 more surgeries done next week, and then only 2 more to
go, right now.
 
Fundraising idea: save the little cans that the ferret crunchy treats
(8-1) come in, seal the top, decorate the can.  Hand out to friends, club
members, family, co workers, etc.  ask them to put loose chance in when
they can and return when full!  maybe offer a small token gift for the
efforts.  kids will love it!
 
my vet is going to put one in her moble vet clinic.  I haven't made any
yet, just thought i'd pass it along and maybe get some feedback or ideas
to make it work better.
 
Last but not least.  VERY IMPORTANT, trying to find out onfo on a ferret
farm in Canada called Hagen, i have reason to believe that there is
someting not right with the spaying process up there.  anyone with
information on how to contact them please let me know if you have any
experences with these ferrets, health problems, etc.  We need to as the
ferret comunity address this, ferrets are getting sick and dying from bad
spays.  maybe they will fix the problem if its addressed properly and as a
large group.  Power in numbers.  My vet Dr. Rubin is backing me up.
 
Well thanks to all for loving your ferrets, just try to help a shelter out,
they have to love so many that were tossed away.  Every little bit is so
greatly appriciated, more than you'll ever know.
