Brewer's yeast is an *excellent* nutritional supplement; by all means, eat
it yourself, or give it to your fuzzy!  Among other things, it has the full
complex of B vitamins, and it has chromium to regulate blood sugar levels.
I buy brewer's yeast in 5 lb.  containers, and I use it all the time.  It's
wonderful!
