Like a dope, i forgot to write down the address of the Michigan guy who
requested ferret vets in the area. The vet I take my weasel to works at
the Bird and Small Animal Hospital - her name is Vicki Daldin, and she's
been vetting for about 7 years now, a good deal of that in exotics. Both
her and her husband are eager, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly.
However, if you feel uncomfortable with a 'younger' vet, Dr. Harr at the
Canton Center Animal Hospital has been treating ferrets and exotics for
quite a long time now, and he's always been 1) right, and 2) efficient.
The second exotics vet there is Dr. Zwick, who is younger but competent.
Both are in the local phone books. I know i use 'exotics' loosely, but
up until last Dec 22nd in Michigan, ferrets /were/ exotic. :)

Email me at [log in to unmask] or [log in to unmask] and i can give you
directions there, or offer rides if you dont have a car.
