That is a horrible story about the ferret with the gangrenous paws that had
to be removed.  He is lucky to have found Dayna to rescue him.  I am
appalled that anyone could do such a thing to a helpless animal, or for that
matter, to any creature on the Earth.  There are not words to express my
disgust and sadness.
