Oh my gosh!  It's been an up and down week at the shelter.  mommie
learned the final results of my necropsy.  i died of heart failure, not
any ol' infection!  The left side of my heart was weak and just couldn't
keep beating anymore.  auntie Jill from CA had a very special gift made

On Wednesday, London, our naked boy went in for adrenal surgery.  To
everyone's shock, our poor boy didn't survive surgery.  it was a very
sad time for all of my hoomans.  BUT i must tell you, London is up here
with me right now as i type and he has a BEAUTIFUL, soft, shiny, dark
brown coat of fur!  he's just BEAUTIFUL!  he wanted me to say thank you
to everyone who loved him and showered him with kisses.
 
Sally & Cujo were adopted this week.  it's so nice to see things going
well at the shelter when kids get homes.
 
Grandma is doing great.  i've been watching over her all day and now
she's ready to come home!  she's still not walking, but she's eating a
lot better and is now able to sit up on her own in a chair.  just goes to
show that even though doctors said she would cross the Bridge a few weeks
ago, doesn't mean they are always right.  science can never predict the
hooman or animal will to live.  just look at me and my grandma....never
lose faith.
 
thank you to aunties Wendy, Ronnie & Rebecca for the cards and photos for
grandma.  she LOVED THEM!!
