This came though my pc from one of the animal welfare networks I
participate in. It's something everyone, shelter or pet owner needs to
consider and plan for in advance, particularly in the current economic
climate.

Bottom Line: you can't wait for the last minute! So many people do,
hoping against hope for a miracle.

And it isn't just foreclosure. It's also unplanned illness or
emergencies. How very sad for these animals....
