Just about any square/oblong container will work - Tupperware, Rubber Maid,
etc.  You don't have to have an "official" litter pan - I've used food
storage containers for my smaller carriers when going to the vet.  Just take
measurements of your carrier/tote bag and get something that fits.
 
Occasionally I've had to cut off the "handles" on the storage containers,
but that generally has been the only modification.  In a pinch, you can
even use a shoe box.  This of course, is the "disposable" version = just
be sure to line it with paper towels before adding litter.
