Breakdown of FML  yes I'm still catching up.
 
I personally like just the two sepertate ones as it would be less
confusing.   FML and FML-Medical
 
People could be sent both so the vets can look at the stories and such but
still have something seperate for quick and easy advice.
 
It would be pretty cut and dry  regular stuff to FML and any medical
questions to the Medical.  Simple and to the point.
 
Just me 2 cents worth.
