A few people thought it was a good idea to start an award for web sites with
a special hart so here i go.  The ferret hart award will be starting in
1998.  This award will be giving based on votes sent to me via email one
vote per email address only please.  Guidelines for the award are fairly
simple the web site must be ferret related and must represent a caring and
giving spirit.  sites that are for pets in general are ok as long as they
arent other pet spacific (i.e. no dog, cat , or ect.... pages please).  This
will be a monthly award and i will have a page setup with links to the
