I am curious to know how the process of obtaining a refund from MF
works.  We have 3 deaf fuzzies (which is 50% of our current brood), I am
interested in trying to obtain a refund for the one we got most recently.
We sent in the registration card or whatever it is they give you that
seals the guarantee.  Now I need to know what to do next.
 
How exactly does a vet certify deafness?  I am currently interning at a
vet clinic and the vet I asked about it wasnt sure what would certify
deafness as there is no soecific "test".  I got the feeling he was a
little uncomfortable with signing something, so I'm trying to find a vet
in my area (tampa bay area, FL) who is more versed in this.
 
Is it true that you need to make the claim at the place you purchased the
ferret?  I would be interested to know what process you went through.
 
As a side note, I also agree that God doesnt give us more than we can
handle... :)
