On behalf of the Angora Ferret List and the fight to save the Ferpharm
ferrets, I have been asked to write a letter of protest to these e mails.
 
THere is hope that a strong showing of support will force the animal
welfare establishments in Denmark to act on this situation.  So if you
can spare a moment to write a brief, constructive email to these two
institutions, it may bring us closer to saving these animals before their
destruction this coming May.

Hello fellow ferret friends,
It's been a while since I contacted you last.  We have very little new
information on the status of our fine furry Danish friends -- but we do
know that the end of the line is approaching quickly.
 
We believe that Soren Thingard's court date for the raptor abuse case
may, in fact, be THIS WEEK.  We are asking that each of you take a moment
and email the following people (description of agency below) to BEG TO
SAVE THE LIVES OF THESE FERRETS.  Soren has told us that he intends to
PELT THE FERRETS (that means kill them and sell their fur to the fur
traders) this year if he cannot find a buyer for the lot.  If we can
bombard these people with emails from all over the world, they MIGHT
actually listen to us.  So far, they have not responded to my emails,
but, it is much harder to ignore HUNDREDS of emails than just one or
two.
