Yes, I once had a problem similar to this not to long ago...however, it
wasn't Ibuprofen, it was a pillow.

After coming home from school one day, I opened up my door to find a very
pleased ferret. I found this unusual because almost every time I came home
from school, I almost always found him sleeping in my bed covers. So, I
thought hmm...what have you been up to? Looking to the back corner of my
bed, I found my 100 dollar pillow destroyed. He must've been at work on
that thing for hours, because when I saw the thing, half of it was gone
in little yellow fuzz all over the room...that really ticked me off, but
worried me more...my ferret could've had an intestinal blockage. So, after
loading him up with some ferret lax, I waited and waited until he went. I
got really lucky this time. I'd suppose the moral of the story is: don't
trust zippers to hold in anything from a determined ferret. It could lead
to a very expensive bill, or worse.
