Unfortunately there is another problem with these cages. The ramp going
down from the opening, there is at the top a bar where ferrets who like
to stretch as they go down the ramp get their toes caught. Has this
ever been brought to the teams attention? If not how can I contact
them? If you look at the cage you will immediately see it. It is just
as bad and actually happens more often than the shelf related problem
since going down the ramp is a given every day.
