Hi Friends,
It's ME Blossom! Yeah still the prettiest gals at Ferret Wise! Well we
sure have been having lots of fun!!!! This week our vet tech friend
Skyla who also happens to be a famous rock star and a vet tech too
came to visit. She gave the older ferrets their melatonin implants and
hugged and played with us all. It was really COOL! Momma has been
working with Wednesday a lot and finally got kisses on Thursday this
week and guess what today Wednesday gave her a real ferret bath- she
licked and licked Momma with no bites! Quite amazing Momma looked very
pleased.
Well today ( Saturday) was meet up day and it was a rainy rainy day.
NOt too many fokkses came to the shelter but Susan did and played with
us all and gave lots of hugs and Uncle Greg came-- he brought a couple
of his kids to see if JJ would like to play with them but JJ did not
like to. Finally Uncle Greg said that JJ could have a condo all to his
own if he would like to have a daddy-- and JJ liked that a LOT. He got
to take his round bed, his hidey box that Momma brought back from
Atlanta after pretending to be a ferret for Bob Church and lots of food
, a soup supply & treats. JJ just had his melatonin implant this week
too so he should be good and healthy for his new house at Greg's Ferret
Funhouse. Uncle Greg is a special guy he takes lots of problem ferret
children so they can get more people time... and it works out great for
us here too- then we get more of Momma time! Lizbeth the Petco reject
still chompers some on uncle Greg but he has developed a way to handle
her even still.
So the folkses all went out for a ride and had ice creams then came
back... it was so neat to have lots of peoples here today to play!
AS soon as the rain stops so there is better light for pictures Momma
hopes to get the final pictures on silent auction items done so the
web page can be up for those who want to help us out!

Thanks for checking this all out-- it will help raise funds to complete
our repairs on the washy machine and for the Ferret Wise transportation
fund which is very important when ferrets need a ride!
